We're looking for warm, driven therapists and assistants who want flexibility without sacrificing meaningful, hands-on work.

What you'll do:

• Work one-on-one with pediatric clients at home, daycare, or in the community

• Carry out treatment plans focused on fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and daily living skills

• Partner with families to build strategies that stick

• Track progress through simple, collaborative documentation

• Work independently, backed by a supportive supervising OT

Qualifications:

• Active Florida license (OT/COTA/PT/SLP)

• Passion for pediatrics and whole-child development

• Ability to thrive in home and community settings, not just a clinic

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a natural communicator

• Transportation ready to travel between clients (tax-deductible)
