What you'll do:
Work one-on-one with pediatric clients at home, daycare, or in the community
Carry out treatment plans focused on fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and daily living skills
Partner with families to build strategies that stick
Track progress through simple, collaborative documentation
Work independently, backed by a supportive supervising OT
Qualifications:
Active Florida license (OT/COTA/PT/SLP)
Passion for pediatrics and whole-child development
Ability to thrive in home and community settings, not just a clinic
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a natural communicator
Transportation ready to travel between clients (tax-deductible)
