Pay: $27–$37 per hour (based on experience)

Are you a passionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a flexible contract position? Join a growing occupational therapy business that focuses on self-care, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and motor development. You’ll work with a variety of pediatric clients, supporting their development under the guidance of a licensed OT.

About the Role

As a COTA, you will:

• Work one-on-one with pediatric clients in home, daycare, or community settings.

• Implement treatment plans developed by the OT, focusing on fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and daily living skills.

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide education and carryover strategies.

• Assist with documentation to track client progress and outcomes.

• Work independently while maintaining open communication with the supervising OT.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an active Florida COTA license.

• Has experience or a strong interest in pediatrics, self-care routines, and motor development.

• Is comfortable working in community-based and natural environments.

• Is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and reliable.

• Has strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Must have a reliable vehicle for travel between client locations.
